What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pediatric Dental Front Office Lead to join our team. As the heart of our practice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs smoothly, and efficiently, and delivers the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the front office, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, treatment planning and insurance verification.

- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for young patients and their families.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, parents, and our dental team.

- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient satisfaction.

- Assist in marketing efforts to promote our pediatric dental practice.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in front dental office.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Proficiency with dental software and office management tools.

- Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience.
